Setting the Climate for Peace

➡️ How climate change impacts peace – and what we can do about it in Harrogate

➡️ Tuesday 16 September (6–8pm) at Creative Harrogate, 2 Victoria Avenue, HG1 1EL, Free entry

➡️ Led by Clive Wilson, Chair of the United Nations Association (UNA) Harrogate and author of Leading Beyond Sustainability

➡️ Through an interactive discussion about practical action, participants will explore how individual and community actions to reduce carbon emissions can also be seen as acts of peace.

➡️ Organisers Zero Carbon Harrogate say the event aims to leave people feeling “inspired, hopeful and empowered to make simple changes that contribute to a fairer, more peaceful world.”
